Sounds Of War

At times like this i wish my creative writing was better.

I'll do my best to explain to sort of ideas i have in my head regarding this character and their instrument. Just like how military drummers had an important part to play in battle, such as using the beat to regulate the loading and reloading of weapons and raising morale. In this world the Job of these beings is somewhat similar, however the hum of their instruments are otherworldly and tap into something primal. It's hard to describe the sounds it makes but it alone elicits fear from opposition. Combine them with an orchestra others and they act as a powerful weapon on the battlefield.
